Prefab & Modular Garden Rooms
Prefabricated and modular garden rooms built in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Factory-built panels, assembled on-site in days. Quality-controlled, weatherproof, from £14,763.

Our prefab garden rooms are manufactured as precision-engineered panels in our workshop, then assembled on your site in a matter of days. The result is a build quality that site-built construction simply can't match — every panel is cut, insulated, and finished under controlled conditions, not at the mercy of British weather.
Prefabricated (prefab) means the major components — walls, floor, roof panels — are built off-site in a workshop, then transported and assembled at your property. It's the same approach used for high-end modular housing, just scaled down for garden rooms.
"Modular" means the room is designed in standard-size modules that can be combined and configured to create different sizes and layouts. Want a 3m room now and an extension next year? Modular makes that possible.
Honestly, for garden rooms, prefab is almost always the better approach:
We come to your garden, measure up, and discuss your requirements. You get a 3D drawing and a fixed quote.
Your room is manufactured in our workshop as a kit of insulated panels. Every cut, every joint, every insulation layer — done under controlled conditions.
While the panels are being built, we prepare your site — base, foundations, and services to the connection point.
The panels arrive and we assemble your room in 1-3 days. Windows, doors, electrics, and finishes installed.
Final checks, cleanup, and you move in. Total timeline from order to handover: typically 3-4 weeks.
Because our rooms are built in modular panels, you can start with a smaller room and extend it later. A 3m x 3m office today can become a 5m x 3m office next year — we simply add another module. This makes prefab a smart choice if you're not sure exactly what size you need yet.
We build across Bucks and Berks, including Marlow, Henley-on-Thames, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Windsor, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Slough, Reading, and everywhere in between.
